Knowledgeable staff and fantastic prices. Helped me understand which strain of Kratom (green) would be best for my anxiety, depression while giving energy. At time of review, $30/120 price pt. Best in town.

I love smoke city. The employee's know what they are talking about and are always willing to help. They have lots and lots of good deals on all there products and offer stamp cards. If they dont have what you want they will do there best to get it for you. A while back I asked for zippo lighters and soon after they had a case full. I have never had a bad experience at smoke city!

I’ve stopped in 4 different times and for some reason they’re still out of what I’m looking for. From my experience with this place and the staff if you’re looking for a customer service savvy team this is not the place. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service (including management) and I’m actively looking for a new place to spend my money.

Always friendly staff. Can't say a bad thing about this place. They know what I want as soon as I walk im. Jay is friendly and always available for questions. That young man is working all day everyday. All the employees rock! My favorite place to stop and get my smoking needs! I don't go to richland much but its safe to say that it's just as good as Kennewick and pasco locations! Check it out! You will be glad you did!
