Great customer service. Good prices. Always getting free promotional products; like free lanyards (10%off with every visit if you show it) and free torches with certain purchases. Good prices.

I continually tell and show the attendance what kind of pods I need and this is like the 5th time I've gotten the wrong kind. I shouldn't have to check every single time... I should be able to get exactly what I've paid for... I specifically asked for a 1.2 and she gave me a 0.9 pod if you don't have it then tell me!

This store sells defective disposable vapes and refuses to replace them or refund them unless you open every single one and Tru them all within 5 minutes of buying. I bought 3 of the same disposable( my favorite one, I have purchased it 30-40 times before) I saw them on clearance and was sad they where no longer going to be carrying them so I bought all they had left. Got home and the first one was defective. It wouldn't pull juice and burnt right away. So I opened the rest and one by one they where all the same. DEFECTIVE!!! When I called to talk to a manager about it they said tough luck. They won't do anything because I didn't test them all right away. It seems like they knew they where a bad batch and marked them down and passed the loss on to their customers. I used to come here alot. I won't be back.

I usually go to the one on pasco cuz Jacob is there and he is one of my favorites..but the peeps in kennewick are just as nice and helpful as Jacob is..they always help me out and change all my coils for me..I always tip because the take the time to help me out..thank you all and keep up the great customer service.

Got a glass nail the first time and it chipped. So I got another, and that one shattered. $40 each. Told them about it, they gave me attitude about refunds when that wasn't what I wanted. No sweat. Dime a dozen store.

Second time I’ve bought a green max pod kit that never charged I’m done with this store spent over 100 for pretty much trash
