Tried Nirvana for the first time and they couldn’t even get my online order ready and hours had passed. Decided to return with you guys and my online order was ready in less than 10 minutes and the wait for pickup was super fast even though you guys were extremely busy! Keep it up!:) staff is super friendly.

One of only two dispensaries here in the Tri Cities... Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection with a variety of different products to choose from for any budget. Not the most convenient location... But otherwise great place to get your herbal refreshments!

I love the curbside delivery option so much and they're always quick as is reasonable and their website makes it super easy to order online. Great prices. Just wish it wasnt so far away from Pasco, the drive is tedious

Wasn't even aloud in due to slight damage to the plastic on my ID. All valid information was legible to prove my birth and identification. Had to drive to west richland to use the same ID to make my purchase. Hire people who can read IDs
