It has great products, but I feel like they need a larger building and a separate waiting area because it was just extremely packed, and with my anxiety, I felt that I just needed to get out of there as soon as possible and couldn't browse and look at their other products. Their customer service seemed pretty great otherwise! The bud tenders were very helpful.
