Add the 20% on Sunday and I'll shop here exclusively. So will most. The other place just sucks!!! But that's where I go.
Raising my review to 4! Doing much better with speed and employee customer service. Always plenty to choose from. Appreciate the new heaters. And the way the windows are organized and the roped off line keep people from cutting Infront of other who entered the building first... Like the other place. And don't have to wait an hour to get the text that your order is ready... Like the other place. One thing that they beat you on is the 20% Sunday sports attire compared to your 10%. Plus 15%Monday. And 10% after 250 points and 20% after 500. Compared to your needing thousands of points. If you matched at least the 20% Sunday I would come here EXCLUSIVELY.

This place has gone downhill fast. They think they can be rude because they are the only dispensary in town. And that's only because it's owned by a Franklin County senator. Major rude POWER trips over masks being over the nose when I'm medically exempt from just having nose surgery & I only wear one out of courtesy just to shut them up. They didn't even say anything about paperwork when I offered it. All they say is "state law this, state law that" STATE LAW requires masks regardless of vax status, not medical status!! Ask your boss! They need the cameras to see your face anyway. Have some humility, compassion and respect for your essential clientele. No wonder it was dead. Take your hard earned money to someone who cares. You're welcome for my years of business, jerks!

Normally go into the building but pandemics have a habit of changing that. Fortunately, these guys use a text message system and numbered parking spots to minimize contact. They check the ID's of every person in the car that's in the spot. After that, they ran back in the building, grabbed my stuff and brought it out with only a few minutes wait.
The website makes it easy to find the stuff you want and even has deals on different days of the week. If you don't want to online order, you can still walk in the building. They even have little purple pineapples outside that are ~6ft apart so you don't need to eyeball it. There's good practice and then there's charming stuff like that.
Got everything I ordered and didn't have any issue with making change (cash only). While I won't be returning more often due to the travel distance, if I'm in the area then I'll be making a return trip. Great place, good products and friendly staff.
