Used to always have such a great selection of fire flower. 85% of the weed is now middle of the road/mediocre. What happened to all of the good stuff?

Been going to this store for YEARS... Since they first opened across the street. I've noticed in the last year or two, my points disappear overtime. I've brought it up once before but was blown off. A little frustrating when I drive FROM RICHLAND, live 10 minutes from Nirvana but would rather drive the distance because I like the quality here and the staff..... Today I was going to use my 10% since the budtender last week told me I had a 10%. To my surprise, my points have dropped again when I haven't touched them in 2 months.... I'd advice people to keep a record of your points.

Huge hassle to drive to this place, the handicapped parking was still a long ways from the door, long line, no way to browse independently, very slow (all the product is in the back room, so anyone with questions or unusual orders, requires lots of running back and forth from the staff). This place has a couple products I can't always find anywhere else in the area, but for general needs I recommend the drive to Walla Walla or Prosser.
