Electric Clouds

I went in to buy a new tank, I picked the from the tanks the guy told me were compatible with my mod. I asked 3 times "are you sure this one will work" he reassured me all 3 times that it would work. I got it home and sure enough it didn't work. I called today and let the lady working know what had happened. She rudely told me I don't know what to tell you no exchanges and said I could talk to the owner tomorrow then laughed when she said they'll tell you the exact same thing.

We had a really good experience at Electric Clouds and based on that I would recommend this shop. In addition to the e-juice and vape devices that I expected, they also carried a lot of dry herb vaporizers and some CBD products.

The shop was clean, well organized, and best of all both people who helped us were extremely informative without wasting our time OR trying to sell anything we didn't want. In fact, I felt like the sales associate did his best to inform us about some less expensive options than those we walked in asking about. I definitely felt like this shop would be a great place to go if you have a specific budget in mind - in our case, we didn't have a set budget but instead wanted to find a really good long term setup and I feel like they helped guide us to the best products. Sometimes, when I would ask the difference between to parts we were looking at, they would literally say "the only real difference is what they look like" and on other items like the tanks, they would share a wealth of info about the differences to help us make an informed decision.

I chose Electric Clouds even though they're kind of across town from us because this was my first time buying a vape and I wanted to go somewhere that had a GOOD EXCHANGE POLICY - most shops I looked at had a strict no return or exchange policy, but EC was very up front that you had 30 days to exchange it if you had problems. Some reviews for others shops actually said the device was DOA right out of the box and that other shops said "sorry, you'll have to deal with the manufacturer" ... yikes. That would piss me off and I didn't want that, thankfully Electric Clouds was very up front about their policy and it seemed generous to me.

Electric Clouds was the only shop I spoke to that said they would gladly help set up the device AND that we had 30 days after where we could come in and exchange it right there in the shop if there was trouble with the device. Actually, the same policy applies to their liquids as well - as long as you have not used more than half, you can exchange it for a different mix if you don't like what you bought. That was nice, because they don't have samples from what I could tell. However, the first flavor I tried was fantastic and matched the description well.

Daylon, if you're reading this, thanks for your help! We'll be back for more juice soon.

I was looking for empty cartridges and ended up here ended up being a pretty cool store even though they didn't have empty cartridges

I’m super disappointed right now! I ordered 4 Zeus sub ohm coils at what I thought was 5 coils per pack. Today the Oder came in and it was 4 total of the wrong coils! Never shopping here again! The description of what I purchased is totally deceiving! Super sick I wasted my time energy and money!

Very knowledgeable and professional crew; this is only shop that I visited in town that feels like a actual store and not a smoke lounge and I say that cause when u walk in u can actually see a employee behind the counter patiently waiting to help you; versus walking into what first feels more like a wiz Khalifa and snoop dog set to see a crowd of kids hanging out trying to do tricks they saw on YouTube only to ask someone for help and they reply I don’t work here man and yells hey man this dude wants to get something I think and finally the employee answers ok I’ll be right with you after we finish playing horse or vape; anyways if you’re like me who vapes as a alternative to smoking and you don’t know what a coil is these guys won’t discourage you from getting into vaping; they will put the time and effort to help you get the right devise and the right strength of nicotine in your juice; that being said they have the biggest selection of kits and accessories in town they also have one of the biggest menu of house blends which taste great and also premium blends as well; and the best prices in town but don’t take my word call around and price the same mod. Long winded review but only cause these guys are the real deal from beginners to a vape pro they have what you need
