I've been coming in now for quite some time. I'm still blown away by the amazing customer service and friendliness. The policy of returning juice that you don't like makes it really easy to try new flavors but honestly, I haven't gotten a flavor I don't like! They are knowledgeable and so willing to share the knowledge. Thank you goite being awesome!

The absolute best Vape store in town! Low prices, best juice mixes (they mix on-site customized for their clients) superb service! Only thing that's a negative, is their location; they are a bit out of the way; but their products, service & flavor mixes, make it worth the trip! Easily, the best overall vaping experience in ABQ!

I came in yesterday to check this place out again. Usually I really do not like house juices because the qualities usually are not great. However I decided to give it a try this time. The juice quality is extremely good. Even better than Almost all the premium E juices that I have had. The staff recommended me to try to Hannibal after I explained the kind of flavors I like to them. I have always gone to Oasis but after today I will only be coming here. Save your money and skip going to Oasis. Their juices are horrible compared to here. I 100 percent recommend coming here. The staff was super cool and friendly to me as well. They also said they have a juice guarantee if you don't like the juice. I cant recommend this place enough.

Honestly the best experience I've had in a Vape shop in 5 years. The gents on shift were chill and easygoing, while more than happy to show what they had in stock and answer questions/give advice. Good prices, good service. May RDA enthusiasts rejoice they still have coils, wire, and cotton! Top that off with better customer service than I've seen outside a mirror (CSR for 10 years) in any recent memory? You can bet I'll be back. I love 40 minutes away but anytime I'm nearby it's a safe bet I'll be swingin over.

These folks are so professional and work hard to satisfy their customers. I do have one issue. I have arthritis in my hands and cannot squeeze the hard plastic bottles they use from time to time. If they are going to use those bottles it would be helpful too folks like me if they offered a funnel either for free or for a nominal fee so we can pour the juice into a soft plastic bottle which we may already have from previous purchases. Other than that I'm so satisfied with this store and their excellent service and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of all their products.
