This was my first experience with any dispensary, and Oh. MY. God. I LOVE this place!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The front desk lady was super helpful. The security guys were very nice and helpful. The lady that I checked out with was amazing and helped me. I never felt rushed or anything. Everyone was absolutely amazing. There were a few people in line, but they got it worked down very quickly so the wait wasn't long at all and I went during a time that it said was busiest according to the maps. The store was immaculate. Everything was displayed very well,, and there are many booklets with pricing and info so there is no confusion in what you are getting or paying. There are many ATMs on site to use. I will absolutely keep coming back to this place! I loved my experience here. Awesome job!! Thank you 💖

Called mesquite location to ask if they had a product we needed and was told they didn’t know we had to look online. Ridiculous.

Good vibe or whatever, but can’t simply understand my order. Had to repeat what the paper meant 10 times and they still messed it up. I needed a specific kind and now I can’t go get what I need. I’m tired of this. This isn’t the first time it’s happened…..

The staff in the back helping us with the flowers were great! They had great service and were so friendly. However, the lady in the front was very rude she wouldn’t acknowledge Canadian Identification (driver’s license) from 2 of my friends but did let my third friend in with same i.d. Unreal! My friends were disgusted. I will not be coming back here!

I haven't been to many dispensaries but this is one of the two that I have been in and I really really liked this dispensary. I like that the staff is willing to answer any questions you have show you anything that you need to be shown and gives you really good honest opinions and helped us get really awesome products. Also can't beat the prices/deals there. Thanks for being an amazing place.
