Showroom is always clean and well organized with someone floating around to help you out. The layout is super easy to navigate and super informational for new customers. They also offer a great selection on a variety of products. I do wish they had a better rewards system that could be used toward discounts on future purchases. But.. the bud here is my favorite. They have some real good stuff that keeps me coming back. For me personally I've had a lot of bud from different places and deep roots is some of the best. They do offer a discount to vets as long as you have an ID card.

They are not giving the medical discount on the bud jars.
They made the base price more reasonable but they refuse to apply the medical discount to the new base price.

They told I have turn down my metal music isn't the customer 100% right I turn it off I talk to the lady or is it my satanic star racism my religion or my Mexican flag chain who every that rude except the one attending me was nice courteous

Love the place, usually have great service. There are some older ladies that have been there atleast a couple years who get upset when you ask them to do their job. I will ask for freshness and certain terpenes and they will look at me so mad because I’m actually asking them about the product instead of telling them what I want.

Carlos was awesome such a great manager and is always working! Kassi and Kristine were so sweet and answered all of my questions. Deep roots is by far the best in customer service and selection out there! They have something for everyone and are always out for your best interests! Out of all Dispensaries I've been to this is by far my favorite! And nisha! Shes always there and has helped me the past 4 times! Shes so good at her job!!!
