I've been coming to Deep Roots since the day y'all opened to the public. I have had the distinct privilege of being served by many of your wonderful Budtenders, but Beau has been the kindest gentleman and so patient with an old southern woman like me! He's an outstanding member of your team...I'm privileged to know him! Thank you for not only having an outstanding (and knowledgeable) team, but outstanding products that are superior to any other I've tried in the state!

In the past two years I've only been coming here everything! Between the professionalism of the staff, prices, and diversity and quality of product, you would be wrong to pass this place up. Today I was talking to Mike the manager and was explaining all of the new stuff that has come in and coming in, and he was very helpful, explained everything to me and was excited to help. This is what sets apart Deep Roots from the other dispensaries.
Kristine at the front desk is always friendly with everything and I have never seen her, or anyone else not in the mood to help and to make sure I get the best product I can.
Seriously guys show some love and come down to Deep Roots.

I have a question for you guys. Why do you continue to take advantage of the people of Mesquite? You consistently have low THC flower, while charging top shelf prices. I looked at your North Las Vegas Menu, and you guys have ridiculously strong flower. How is it that none of that can make it to Mesquite??? You guys really take advantage of being the only game in town.
On a separate topic, 70% of your Mesquite staff is extremely rude & uninformed. They no nothing about the products they are selling and getting questioned about. I Asked a medical question today, and the girl just rudely slid the paper to me and walked away to talk to a coworker.
To all you that can take the trip to Vegas, you should do it!!! This dispensary is an absolute joke!

First time going to this place I didn't think that the the help was very friendly they was very pushy and rushed you right to the process. couldn't be by anybody not even your husband. If you wasn't buying anything they had to stay outside. I understand pademic and everything is going on but come on guys , they could of have been a little bit more helpful along with the lines of knowing what to get. they ask you if you seen their menu online? what if you don't even have that option at looking at their menu online. They don't one in the store to look at, and if they did they surely didn't offer me one to look at or even help me at any point at all
I really don't think I'll buy from these place again very expensive also Oregon just as far as way as this place was for my home so I think I'll go there

High quality everything, very nice facility.
The staff seems miserable, they are rude, not helpful, seem put out by anything, it's an awkward experience at best. I am done going here.
Compared to other dispenseries, this place is large, clean, extremely expensive, small selection but this is because it's in a tiny town most people just pass through.
