I'm off opiates and that's the one and the only for me.
Deep Roots Harvest and their staff has helped me manage my pain and I'm getting through most days with just a daily cookie and a couple of lemon drops instead of my daily opiate mismanagement. It has been a blessing not only for me but for all my loved ones who suffered silently by my heavy usage.
The knowledgeable staff has recommended products that allow me to enjoy longer walks as well as products that have made sleep easier than the pills I would take by the handful nightly.
Going to Deep Roots Harvest is not like going to a foot locker and buying a pair of shoes. Your treated as a guest when you walk in the first time and most everyone seems to be friends by the time they leave. The knowledge staff member who helps you devotes their entire time to you and the many questions you may have. (I do tip, these people are educated in their craft and it's pretty cool listening to their answers)
I've never waited more than ten minutes to be called back and have found helpful suggestions from others while waiting in the waiting room.
If you've seen Lee's Discount Liquor from the Highway your that close. Call before so your paperwork is correct but please call. My call improved the quality of my life so much.

I love Deep Roots, the products and most of the staff are great, but the wicked witch at the check-in desk could go and not be missed. She’s short with everyone, has no sense of humor, and is the absolute worst person to ever deal with if you have any problems at the dispensary. She uses the security like her own personal henchmen, even having me removed one time because my ID had expired the day before. She did not let me explain that I could show her a temporary license or anything, just yelled “Security.” I left without needing to be escorted out but did not return for over a month because I couldn’t stand to see her again. So anyways, great shop, but please replace the wench.

Very cool atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great selection and smell. Little pricey. But well worth it. Fully recommend them. Michael s is awesome and friendly. And dinah was very kind and fun to talk to.

I have had the best experience at Deep Roots.The employees are all so educated and wonderful. I plan to go in for 10 mins and I’m there for 30 having amazing conversations and learning more. Shannon has helped me almost every single time ( probably everytime actually) she is so bubbly, full of free spirit, super sweet, down to earth and easy to talk with. I adore her and look forward to coming back. She always gives me the best suggestions in seconds and helpful in every way! Thank you Deep Roots, love your staff!!

For those of us who are relatively new to the world of cannabis, this is the place to shop! They know everything about everything in their shop! They take whatever time is necessary to make sure you’re getting what you want without a hint of pressure! ... and in my experience the other customers are also very willing to share their knowledge!
I picked up a bottle of their cbd oil and am excited to find out what the excitement is all about!

Everyone that works inside the dispensary is so nice and so helpful and makes it a fun atmosphere! Except the security guard that was working there was very rude to me and my boyfriend for no reason at all. Before we could even walk all the way through the front door the security guard was yelling at us to stay back behind the door (for social distancing I guess) and was yelling that I couldn't come in because I wasn't the one paying. Which I understand all the rules because of the Covid situation going on, but the problem was how he was treating us and talking to us. He could have easily told us the same thing in a calm normal voice. There was no need at all to yell at us and talk to us that way. It really rubbed us the wrong way.
