Was in and out! Had a few questions but they were able to answer them and still get my order processed quickly. Beidy and Troy really helped me out with getting all my items and making sure I got the best deals! That's the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back.

If you go to Deep Roots keep an eye out for Ms. Mary at the register. She was so helpful, patient and kind. Not to mention she’s got the perfect name for her line of work. My experience with her has earned Deep Roots a loyal customer.

Fast and professional services, people are friendly at the front desk and are helpful for first timers too. Prices, well.. not too happy with that but, considering that this is the only good dispensary in mesquite, beggers can't be choosers so I am content with what I have to deal with for now. I hope we can get more variety in the future

Mary was the best, coolest bud tender! We always love this dispensary because everyone is rad, but Mary is my fave. She was so personable, kind, and helped us find some wonderful flower. She knew what we were looking for (stuff so good it flies off the shelves) and we loved what she helped us find. We enjoyed chatting with her about life as well! Mary definitely elevates the experience of shopping with Deep Roots!

Love hate this place.
been going for awhile back when carts were 50 for 1gram but that's not the point. Point is be aware that if you buy prospector carts the material amount verys by alot. I've gotten carts that look only 5/8 full not even a full gram of material and on 2 separate times they accidentally didn't give me everything I paid for and I didn't catch it in time. Also it's the most expensive place ever 3.5 grams in carts is almost 300. If you can just drive to Vegas way way cheaper and more options

1) The most expensive dispensary I’ve ever seen
2) My budtender had to be told what I was looking for or asked the same question at least two times before it registered and gave me incorrect prices in two occasions.
3) Absolutely abrasive front desk staff
4) Why should I ever be forced into taking my hat off and looking at a camera for facial recognition software checks!? Why? Why would you even have that in your facility. Dumbest, rudest and most expensive dispensary I’ve ever been to.

I’ve been here a couple times and recently the product quality has been really upsetting. A .5g gold rush cart leaked which was unusable and our bluebird prerolls were crumpled, bent, and barely packed.

There needs to be competition with this location. The selection gets worse and worse each time I order. I’m left with choosing between the 15 flavors of tar that Deep Roots Harvest makes when looking for vape carts. They clog easy and when they do work, you don’t get high and all you taste is metals. I’m just going to assume there’s a deal with the city to not allow competition here. Prices are CRAZY for what you get and the rewards system is a total joke. Not to mention I feel like I’m checking in to prison with the security guards all posting up front now.where is the benefit of paying extra? I’m going to say it again. Your carts are terrible and I can’t wait to see what you rename them too next.
