Would rate 0 stars if I could. Lume is a terrible choice for medical patients near the Traverse City area, the staff for the most part is kind; with the big exception of the woman with the currently dyed-red hair who seemed short and annoyed with me.
The prices are not at all competitive with actual medical dispensaries ($35/ half gram live-rosin cartridges) If you are a medical patient 1000% take your patronage to the dispensaries in Traversee City, you'll be thankful you never stopped here.

Brought my Mother in Law in so she could get comfortable shopping for natural anxiety / insomnia remedies by herself and demystify the process as she is an inexperienced user. Staffer assigned to us rushed us along (tapping his fingers on the glass while we were looking at items in table), cut her off when she was explaining what she was looking to address, and made generally bad recommendations. Looked in her bag in the car afterwards to find out it included an item I specifically asked him to remove. Products were fine - pretty meh compared to other brands.
The whole thing was a huge bummer, as the point was to make my MIL comfortable with a new process and this place pretty much did the opposite. We had FAR BETTER experiences and found better products at other area stores.
