Great service and very kind workers, but an absolute disaster on the wallet. Upwards of $52 for a half gram of a concentrate? When it should be $20-$40 for 1 gram. Yeah, it's kind of B.S., so only use if you ABSOLUTELY have to.

The two joints canoed horribly and were overpriced as is. $10 for a .7g is pathetic price especially when the at least half the joint is wasted due to too tight of a roll. No one at the location actually seemed interested in marijuana or engaging with the customer.
The person taking my money acted like they didn’t hear a thing I said or like they even liked or used marijuana themselves.
Their company message on the outside of the purchasing room was a complete joke. Bougie, non marijuana loving, weed store with the worst joints. Save your money and go elsewhere or fly in items from your state if it’s legal there.

Wow!!!! So i ordered online at 8:07 PM and remind you it states they close at 9PM. I get there at 8:39 to pick up my order and the place is closed! It was 5 other vehicles out there lookin like what’s goin on. Thanks alot Lume for making me waste my time and gas great customer service you guys rock!

Clean facility with lots of product. Things seem a bit hectic with curbside pick up and online orders, but I guess that's to be expected thanks to COVID. My only gripe is my online orders seem to get lost...ie I get an email with an order summary and confirmation #, but when I drive 30+ mins to pick up, my order was never rcvd, and I have to wait. This has happened to me twice. Otherwise, I do recommend Lume.
