Completed an order online and it was ready for me to pick it up but was instructed to wait and as cars pulled up after I arrived they had their orders taken and fulfilled before i could get mine that was completed beforehand. The order and pickup process is the worst ive seen in a long time and don't come here unless you dont mind waiting an hour or seeing people come after you, place an order and have their order fulfilled before anyone talks to you.

I had a wonderful experience at lume! We entered the building to one girl working at the counter and another man on security, both very nice and helpful. As someone new to the industry I HIGHly recommend lume to anyone interested in the product they sell! 10/10 must see it’s worth it.

All staff I've seen mentioned in good reviews have since quit due to internal mismanagement. These were knowledgeable, friendly staff that secured this fast-becoming sub-par brand a wealth of good reviews in their brief interim with the company.
Very high employee turnover rate due to ineffectively managed store means staff know exceedingly little about cannabis, from upper management in the store and down.
As a worker I pointed out seeded, molded, and rotted weed to management and packagers who didn't know any better as they were not trained to identify and lacked that knowledge themselves.
Product packaging requires a sticker stating that THC percentages "could vary by as much as 10%", highly likely as batches of flower coming in from this vertically-integrated operation seemed prematurely harvested. Perhaps the lack of industry knowledge and experience are also vertically-integrated?

During this shutdown and era of carside delivery I've been enjoying the wait being amused by the security guys. Mark and BJ are right there for you when you pull in till you leave. I appreciate feeling safe with the security guys on alert and paying attention, but they go the extra mile and come over with treats for Ellie Mae and they love to say hi and pet her.
Ellie loves that they have plenty of her favorite treats!
