I was traveling by and order the edible online. Back in Ontario they will say whats in it and the actual percentage of the edibles or other products. Wellll we had one and the container was a different % than it said online so flase advertising. We also had allergic reaction and had to get our stomachs pumped cause we are allergic to pineapple *nothing said it had pineapple till we did some digging on the internet*. Have you ever had your stomach pumped??? Its not fun or easy to deal with.

I was very disappointed in my last visit. I have been a customer since they opened and they were always open until 9pm.....then they had to change their hours, which I get. However, I found out the hard way, they never mentioned the hour change. I tried to get an order, literally pulled in at 8:01 and they wouldn't wait for me. I found out when I put the order in about the 8pm close. I called and said I would be there and could they please wait because a snow storm was coming, but they wouldn't. There's literally 2 other dispensaries 5 minutes down the road. Lume won't get my business anymore.

On our way through michigan on vacation and we ran out of goodies! Oh no! Googled and found this place. Stopped by, placed an order online in the parking lot, pulled into the pick up spot and someone was out immediately to serve us. Great product!

Patients: Weigh your bud! I received 3 sealed eighths, one looked light. I weighed them, still sealed, and found that one of them is 1.1 grams short. This place is Usually great. Bud is beautiful. People are friendly.

The service and atmosphere are very professional. The products have a limited selection, but there's a little bit of something for everyone, and the quality is good. There's also accessories, books, and more available. Parking and location is great. Can't miss it. The problem is that the prices are still around twice what you'd pay through your local black market retailer. That's largely a matter of state policy, true, but price is definitely a factor to consider. This does not mean I condone breaking the law, that's simply how economics works.

I just went in in for my first time and had a WONDERFUL experience. The employee working with us was very informative and helpful. And if you take your bag back they give you a dollar off you next purchase so they must reuse or recycle and that's always nice to hear about a company!
