Rude works and it took them several months to get my in store credit...

The staff that work here need to understand that the people coming in here have medical issues and are there to get medicine that will help those issues. Being rude to them for trying to ask questions, get input, and generally berate people for seeking any kind of help would be like a pharmacist rushing and mocking a patient asking about their medicine and its effects.
I only go here because it’s close and I can’t travel far at the moment, otherwise I’d drive 5 hours away to avoid dealing with the treatment of 90% of the staff, the prices, poor quality, and over crowded mess that this “medical” dispensary is.

Not too happy with my last order. Ordered some product supposed to be here in 3 days that's okay I'm 50 miles away. So I got down to I didn't have anything waiting on that delivery. So I was out of my medicine so I called and they told me it was cancelled and they tried to get in touch with me but I checked my spam folder and everything that just is not right

Travis is awesome and really helped me find exactly what my personal "bests" were for me. He was very knowledgeable about the lineage as well as terpenes and overall effect. Everyone there is extremely nice and they have the best products in bay county (especially if you're wanting to one stop shop). For how crowded it was and has been my last few visits, i didn't wait very long. Only about 8-10 minutes which flew by as i chatted with the receptionist and another patient. Very happy chill vibe, like everyone is friends. I also was on crutches for 2 visits, multiple people were happily up and ready getting each door for me.. which is SO appreciated. Really enjoying these sales too, thanks trulieve and budtenders for always nailing an overall great experience
