No matter what is available on the website about an hour after I've placed my order....they don't have it almost every order. In addition if they do have it I still end up sitting in the waiting area a minimum of 30 minutes while they take walk-ins over pre-order and mobile check ins. Speaking to anyone there about it does nothing.

Great Prices and Great Staff but, These wait times are crazy. Placed an order at 445pm, didnt get bagged till 6pm but, the wait time was 745pm. I went down the street and my order was done in and I was on my way home in 10 minutes. They have to do better, love this place but, this needs major improvement.

When several calls to place order for delivery, I keep getting "no support agents are available to take your call, please call back later", followed by disconnecting. With so many other dispensaries in Panama City Beach now delivering as well, Truelieve may want to do a little better. Customers will do business with the other dispensaries that welcome their business. Products are good, customer service...not so much.
