The new website setup does not work. They give no information about what qualities the products have. All other sites give detailed information about what is in the product but this one

The employees are nice here but the problem I have is- almost every time I have visited this location it was for pick up. Which you would think would be faster or more convenient in some way... not the case here. I have come for a pick up several times and never waited less than 10 mins. Last time it was like 20 minutes, all while I watched walk in after walk in that came after me, go in the back before me. Also a pick up that arrived about 10 minutes after me got in and left the store before I was called back. Destin location doesn't have this problem.

My first time shopping and Mark was absolutely wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and kind! So very helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely be requesting him for my future appointments. I didn't experience a major wait time, all staff were friendly.

The customer service was amazing however, corporate does not take care of their people!! The label printer had broke five times that day. There was only two people working registers and were doing the best they could but the printers kept breaking so the wait was made even longer. The people were great though!

Love this place but they should find a better way to get patients in and out in a better timely manner. I always check in online but the actual wait time vs the online check in wait time is never the same and I always end up waiting longer than what it says I will.

I’ve given up on this dispensary. It was fine while they were the only show in town, but it’s just not worth it anymore. This place is constantly understaffed, and the wait times are ridiculous. I’ve found the new MUV dispensary on back beach much more accommodating.

I was just excited to be there. Lol.. Only to be told that my doctors forgot one thing necessary to fill my prescription. I love 65 miles from Panama City. The employees went over and beyond what they had to do.. They helped me figure out a plan And everything went well from there. Definitely give this company as well as the folks that work there because of their customer service a big 5..
