Trulieve Panama City Beach Dispensary

I was so happy my 1st visit I left my card in the ATM & was very Thankful to the employee who got it for me saving me lots of headaches lol besides that Mark was very helpful in choosing a variety of MM to help me figure out which ones work best & was very knowledgeable about the products. Im looking forward to my next visit especially because I can get 50% off with several different discounts on a variety of great products.

Wonderful place and great customer service. Remember to order online and then pick up.. You can then check in on the drive there. This will eliminate 90% of the wait time. Enjoy😁

I have to say after trying all but one of the other dispensaries in town, that Trulieve has been by far the best. I have to give a shout out to Mark as a budtender who spent great time with me and helped me pick out some great product. And while I will name him by name, everyone there has always been friendly, helpful, and supportive. This is a great location, and I encourage everyone to try it out and give them your patronage.

I also want to give a shout out to Rich! He is always so friendly and helpful and positive when I come in! He has knowledgeable when I ask any questions, and I would recommend him to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Mark provided excellent customer service to the point I ended up spending over 600 dollars on my first purchase and I also received 50% off my first purchase. He answered all my questions and went over just about everything they offer. Thank you Mark Update I still stand behind Mark's customer service but he did fail to tell me that if you need to return something you only get store credit. He sold me 2 different cartridges and one pen therefor I didn't need 3 of the cartridges that I bought. I went back the very next day to return them and was shocked to hear I only get store credit. I asked for a manager and I spoke to Colleen and said sometimes it's not what the employee tells you it's what they dont tell you. She in a stern voice said oh no I know Marrk told you. I said dont put words in my mouth or better yet call me a liar. She didn't even apologize. Her leadership was by far one of the worst I have ever experienced in my 55 years. Especially when she wasn't even near Mark and I during my shopping experience. I dont even understandhow she can even be in management. I even asked her if I can get 50% off of what was originally offered to me with the store credit of $130.00. She just said No. Because of my experience with Colleenlack of professionalism I will not ever go back
