So many different flavors of high quality premium or medium quality flower. The employees at Cinder are very knowledgeable about the different types of flower and what is the most efficient for whatever you may need. I give them 5 stars because so far, whatever they have recommended has been on point for my personal Needs or preferences, That's just my opinion. Also Cinder has quite a bit of FLOWER to fit everybody's budget...

Apparently you can’t use points with purchases on days they offer 25% discount.(wed&sat)If i knew about this I would have just came in those 25% off days. I didn’t even want to sign up for points but was asked if had them every purchase for almost a year. I then later was added to the point system and still have points. Then I noticed some bud tenders will tell you and some won’t.

I've been to all the Cinders in Spokane now, and I can say confidently that the Valley location is the best for diversity of selection and products. Everything from edibles, to topicals, to every type of smoke'able cannabis you can imagine--they've got it here. The showroom is well-lit, organized and clean. 2 ATMs on-site. Plenty of free off street parking. My service experience was prompt, welcoming, and down to earth with a woman named Seline. She's probably about 5'5", Caucasian, with glasses, and purple hair. Her recommendations were on point! Bought a cart for my Dab pen, 2 pre rolls, and some Smokey's edibles. All were excellent. Seline clearly has smoked/used the products she sells because she absolutely nailed her sales with me (recent harvest dates, excellent flavor profiles on strains, not too heavy & not too heady on the highs). I highly recommend Seline.

Jules was absolutely fantastic! I had an issue with a product and she went above and beyond to make it right! She is the reason why Valley Cinder will always have my business!

Our new spot to stock up every two weeks 14 grams per visit, and they are respectful and patient each time. Even saved us money.

I bought 3 cartridges less than a month ago. At the time of purchase I was informed if there was any problems with defects then they would replace it. I did not hear them say with a receipt either. I am used to the local shops that can look purchased us up a phone number for exchanges on defects. I opened these up today and 1 cartridge was oozing out the top and bottom but still had about 50% of the cartridge left so I cleaned it up and it put it in. The second one I opened had all the oil leaked out on the foam and it had less than 25% of the cartridge left. I called today so see if they would replace it and they said not unless I had the receipt. I purchased these with another person and the other person took the receipt. I guess this is my mistake for purchasing cheap cartridges. I typically don’t stray away from the cartridges I buy, but the guy really talked these up since they have live resin and they said they get a really good discount and can offer a pretty good discount. So I figured I’d try it. The cartridges themselves are pretty good but in the long run I am spending more money buying these cartridges because when I get around to using them there is 1/4 of the cartridge to smoke. I probably won’t buy full spec ever again just because They leaked and I feel like I was ripped off. But I guess that’s the risk you take going with something new that was cheap.
