Cinder valley is The best Place In all of Washington to purchase your flower; help them manage under one license and they will be the number one retailer in customer service in America; I had to give them a hard choice with me in my experience with the north town store which lead to me crying in the store of the valley store because the north store after charging me more; giving me a quarantined strains; after spending over 180 dollars prior to this;the most money I've ever spent in a month with them prior (80) Mindy made me cry and told me I was basically was a liar and that her employees were correct after they stole money from me gave me quarantined goods and worse not listed because well this reveiw is long complicated and educational; in short never go there if you want to be treated like a liar or scumbag for going to where you were recommended in the first place; remind you I am standing in the valley store while dealing with the Manger of another store instead of the valley because my purchase was on a separate license under the same name. I'm disabled don't drive and my wife had to take me everywhere during this process 🙃 we left cannabis and glass because they made my wife leave the store crying. 3/1/22 I did myself because of another store being shady talking over me and not being understanding after they Failed to provide customer service multiple times. Mindy made me almost walk out of the valley store spending nothing instead of 120 dollars (my whole months budget) because I'm sick I need my medicine to stay balanced mentally emotionally etc because im disabled I still had to make the purchase instead of getting customer service i deserved in short NEVER GO TO THE NORTH STORE and the downtown store needs bodyguards out front if that may weird you out; it did for me the first time other then that pleasant experience even though I went that one time ultimately Cinder Valley cares they want you to know your not just a customer and that Jamie today spent the time to really step In and handle North Cinders problems Dan is a excellent person to ask for help as well. Naidaiya has provided with lots of insight and education as well very friendly! Darren is a keyholder and definitely recommended as well for assistance Everyone there at Cinder valley is great to talk to as well I'd talk to them all however the line really decides who you talk to unless you need help like I have. I hope if your considering a cannabis retailer Cinder isn't just a store they are all friends and treat you like one of their own when you come in so don't be shy I will say now because of their experience I have went back to their cheapest products because I still havent received customer service prior and I can't justify spending another 120$ when my first 120$ was basically wasted not because the valley store didn't want to help me but because they can't with the 3 different licenses under one family. The saddest yet worst part is i wast told Mfused is what i wanted and after having 4 Mfused distilled (45)each and 4 techiq MFused carts(60) each i have only had 3 carts in total that were proper and the saddest part of this yet 2 of the 3 were making up for the prior transactions so not only as a customer do i want to buy mFused but now feel its worth it yet the customer service is not making it worth it? When you spend more money you should get hassled less and my experience its been the other way around And the north not being cooperatives really damped the experience. Ultimately Cinder Valley will have the best budtenders and flowers not only natural and fresh but Longest lasting BEST of The Best bang for your buck as long as you support and vote Cinder spokane valley as the best retailer.

Well I was across town for Valentine’s Day and got a dud cartridge :( I didn’t realize you had to return at the purchase location and tried to return it at the valley. My local shop explained the return process and was very kind in navigating the situation. Jamie helped me find a new cartridge in the mean time And recommended a new one “Dewey”. It has been a good replacement with no issue :) Thanks Jamie!

JESSICA was awesome! She was very helpful in picking out my items with helpful suggestion which I definitely needed. I felt her customer service towards me was very genuine and that’s refreshing! Also I’m enjoying Cinders upgraded shop. Been going to Cinder for years now and have had great service and helpful employees. The only advice I’d like to give to improve their store would be there website.. it’s not the easiest to navigate and overall could be better. Thank you again!

This place is one of my absolute favorite dispensaries. I came in tonight closer to closing and Kelia was helping me. She is amazing and just the best, her customer service was spot on and she is just so friendly! Sometimes when I come in I feel like they want me in and out as fast as possible. I did not even feel one bit of rushed tonight. She knew what she was talking about and helped give me lots of great options! Kudos to her!!

My husband and I will travel more than half hr to just go to this location. The store is clean, and the employees are always friendly. I do have to give a shout out to Abbi Joy! She is super sweet and knowledgeable about products. Great budtender! Great prices! 👍

Jamie was absolutely wonderful I came in to get my order and he helped me get a better deal on the stuff that I got!!

First time visiting the area. Seline was an amazing budtender. She is smart as a whip and knows her products. She gave us great product knowledge with experience be fore buying. I've been shopping here from day one but I've also shopped at all the others well used to ... now it's cinder only and that cause they are the whole package . Outstanding customer service, great inventory control, and the location looks perfect. Cinder is the full package.
