I bought a 28 pack of prerolls and I can't get an actual hit out off of any of them!! The joints burning but I'm not able to pull any smoke through. I've tried multiple joints and they all "hit" the same way. I'm going to have to buy papers and reroll them.
EDIT: The store manager gave me a free replacement pack of another brand of joints. Great customer service, thanks!

Can you guys PLEASE start posting your prices? Your prices are NEVER displayed, or they are incorrect. The budtenders (understandably) get annoyed and irritated when you have to ask the price of every single item you're interested in. Not to mention, it takes up unnecessary time for the budtender and the customer.
There is absolutely no reason you shouldn't be displaying your prices correctly like every other dispensary in the city. The only reason for this is deception. I have given you guys an abundant amount of chances to correct this problem and it is clear you do not care. I am sick of every trip becoming confrontational because your budtenders don't want to check prices you purposefully refuse to display. I will never shop here again, and will be ensuring all my friends and family go elsewhere from now on. As should you.
With as many stores in this area, there is no reason you should go to a shop that deceives its customers, and then defends the practice. I would give zero stars if I could.

Placed a order online. Went into the store and there is no clear marked pick up line. I get in line and wait because no one gets close enough for me to ask for help. As Iām standing in a split line they keep taking customers from the other line. Then they help a lady in the back of the line who I assume had a online order. I walked out for the last time. I was actually giving them a second chance cause locals was cleaned out. I will continue to go twice the distance rather then go in that store again. Prices are high, displays are confusing and hard to view, bad service to boot. 8 months later went back on my word. Third chance, very similar thing happened. Walked out again drove the extra distance to Locals. Your prices are to high for the service to be this bad. Just not worth the convenience for me.

Good selection and I'm impressed that I believe they are paying attention. Reason being I noticed they are responding to their online reviews with action.
The budtenders seem to have a better attitude and I've noticed their knowledge become comfortable.
My last trip in, the Homie Darren not only was on point with what he had in stock as far as what I was looking for in specific strains, he had close options of similar savings and personal favorites.
It seems everytime I head into this place I leave with a little better experience but always leave with quality product.

The customer service is great and if you work in the industry the definitely show love. Fresher selection would be nice and a bigger selection of oil. A bud bar type layout would be nice as well. S/O to Kat! You always take care of us!
