Was highly disappointed at the customer service. I asked what your highest THC strands were for a particular product and she rolled her eyes and sarcastically said " I dont look at the stuff idk".....didnt even look and just grabbed something. I told her i preferred sativa and she gave me Indica. 1. She wasn't customer friendly 2. Doesn't listen to the customer 3. I DON'T CARE if your'e frustrated or having a bad day, your there to serve the customer with professionalism and without attitude.
I know what I like, want, and need......and a loyal customer to you guys. Customer service is #1 in my book and it was not up to par.

Greenside is my favorite place! Very cool staff who help everybody from pro to newb, excellent selection of products, regular discounts and specials. Seriously, Don't bother going anywhere else. You won't find better!

Hate to do it, Greenside, but I've had 1 too many bad experiences to give you anything more than 1 star. I drive 50 minutes round trip to this store because it does have a great selection and friendly employees, HOWEVER, I have had to return products that didn't work twice and on one trip I asked for a half ounce of the best Sativa they had but when I got home...I had a half ounce of the best Indica they had. I would expect the staff to know the difference. I have taken a group of friends from out of state in this store and they each spent around a thousand dollars. Today I spent $230.00 and didn't get a receipt in my bag...which was a problem because once I again I had to take something back.
Suggestion: When your staff messes up or you sell a product that doesn't work (Vapers, pens, etc..) and your customer has to make a return trip...offer them something to make up for it. ANYTHING. Don't just waste my precious time and then say "oh wow...sorry".

I brought a friend of mine to Greenside for edibles. He is currently fighting colon cancer, can't give up weed, but wants to give up the pipe. Only he knows why.
I told this straightforward to the first available associate and was immediately swarmed by three other associates.
Knowalgble, considerate, and above all, kind. Maybe the outpouring of love had something to do with the 50th anniversary of Woodstock.

I hate that I live this close to this dispensary. These people seem to all be too high to function. Their queue system sucks. The express line is where the cashier is and there is no system to go in and get out quick. I will go there until another place nearby opens up. Not high and frustrated!!!

Good prices and awesome staff. Parking available on the southside of the building. Back packs are to be left outside the rec room. Credit or debit cards accepted with a $3 processing fee.

I was really nervous about shopping for pot for the first time so I sent in an online order. I came to pick it up and the staff were very helpful and understanding, not acting like pot snobs or anything.

Great location, right off freeway w/a big parking lot. Awesome atmosphere w/friendly & knowledgeable employees. Large variety of products, anything from Flower, Concentrates (vape cartridges & refill carts, oil, wax), to all kinds of Edibles!!! Also open 7 days a wk!
