Terrible online ordering service. If you preorder something and it's out of stock they don't tell you. Theh send you a conformation text anyway telling you your order is ready when it is in fact sold out. Instead of telling you this before your wasted trip they just put stuff in your preorder bag they think you will like and let you choose from that. Terrible service.

I love that I can use my debt card and also that there's an ATM in there, it makes it that more convenient. Such a awesome place to shop at.. Friendly staff, its a easy non rushed experience every time. The quality of bud is worth the price you pay..and they have constant deals. Love love love this place! 💜

Giving two stars due to location... Everytime I have gone into this shop Its been a bad experience overall. Budtenders are slow not very customer service oriented,always having a conversation with other customers or budtenders never are they in a good mood which brings the vibes down. Ive had to repeat what I wanted on multiple occasions they dont know what product they have I was just there and asked to see their concentrates lower than $17 a gram and was told they didnt have any but when I said they did online he responded with "oh lemme take a look oh yea we do have $16 grams" and the people who go in there are something else, most of the time they dont know what they want or what to ask for which then causes the budtenders to work slowly as well.

Very amazing if I might say the staff is also amazing justina and home girl in glass shop are who I prefer help me only cause of anxiety problems but everyone is just splended and laid back , keep up the good work guyssss

I normally love this place. But today I was having bad anxiety around people. My husband and i made an online order so I didn't need to do much interaction with people. We pick specific products and one of the products was incorrect. I will continue to come here. But I won't be doing anymore online orders.

Will not ever buy from this place again I bought a cartridge pen from them and not even a week and a half later I go to plug it in for the first time does not charge call and ask if there is anything I can do without packaging or Receipt they say no so I finally found the
packaging and receipt but because I got frustrated with the amount of money i spend there and for them to just shove me aside and not help in anyway without packaging or Receipt then told me they would not help me when I came back with product and receipt worst place ever and you will be hearing from my lawyer for denying me a full refund with proper receipt and packaging do not recommend this place to anyone if you want to be treated with decency and alittle respect

Stopped by here on a trip through. High prices and not great quality. I felt like a comotity rather than a valued customer. My money had more value then my needs. Not open browsing friendly felt like I was being herded to the register so I could drop my money and get out.
