I was there yestetday. I had been here a few times since its closest. But now, i will NOT go back. Way too expensive for 1. The layout sucks. And last, their door man id checker is SO RUDE. He is the reason we will not return. He made fun of us. Lied to us. And when we asked him a question as to what he meant (addressing his rude comments) he ignored us to flirt with a girl who was leaving the shop. I wish we couldve returned the weed & gone somewhere else. He ruined that experience. NOT customer oriented. This was sun around 11 a.m. please address your rude door man about his behavior. I have more to say on this, but I'll leave it at that.

Glenn is the guy to talk to here. He's very knowledgeable, taylors information to be relative and interesting to you, and helps you get the best quality for your buck. Have him be your budtender. You'll feel that you were treated right and got the best deal.

I’ve been going to Greenside dispensary since 2016 and have always had a good experience, until yesterday. Sophia one of the woman that work there had a horrible attitude and should not be working with customers who are spending there money and would like a little info before purchasing. There are a lot of dispensary’s and nobody want to be talked to horribly and basically disrespected when they choose your establishment. Hopefully in the future you will talk to your “employees” about customer service, especially Sophia better yet just get rid of her.

I really do love this place really good stuff here, all of the workers are always there to help you out you can even order online behind beforehand to know what you're getting when you get there make it quick to pick up and it's in a great location obviously great prices this is my go-to spot for weed I get what I need !!

Been visiting this shop for a while now. It wasn't until Jacob the security guard asked me to smile when I showed him my I.D. I told him I wasn't going to smile for him and continued into the shop. He mumbled some offensive words and that's when he decided to tell the shop employees to refuse my business. As a business owner I would have fired him. But instead I'll just take my business elsewhere.

False advertising on prices on their online menu plus they won't honor it ,even said the price on the receipt when I went to pick up my order. But the representative tried charging me an extra $7. Notified them they need to change the price online if they aren't gonna honor it yet they left it on the site as is.

I have only been a couple times...it serves its' purpose. You cant go wrong with the product..its weed, it sells itself. however i got a little spoiled downtown dispensaries way better. In my opinion Greenside needs to develope some customer appeal through quality and pricing.
