I typically love my experience here but the guy who helped me today was EXTREMELY rude for no reason! I was ignored as I walked in, unaware of what person to go to then I got yelled at to go to the person who was standing on the floor and not to the person behind the counter so confused I go ask about products, the guy was lazy and only found half of what I wanted then when we go to the checkout he asks for my ID which is FINE and I just said oh this must be new and he goes no everyone asks for them so I told him that isn't the case at the register every time and he shook his head like I was lying to him and he had a rude tone trying to argue with me over it even though I WATCH and they do NOT use my proper birthday. No dude I come in here 2 to 3 times a week, not one single person has ever asked for my ID at the register so chill out, no need to be rude. Oh and I also noticed he didn't add my points to my account like every time I come in, I ALWAYS get a text about my points being added well not today by the long curly haired guy with the hat on.

I usually like this place but it feels like prices went up. I bought a 1/4 and the guy charged me before handing me 2 3.5s of tiny flower/ shake jar. Initially said I had points for a discount. Then said he only gave me a discount because it was 2 3.5s not a 1/4. Not too impressed with having someone try to push little jars of shake when thats not what I ordered. Just seemed not too great.
