EDIT: I recently had posted about a disappointing experience(in the paragraph below) there and the team at POMC was quick to respond about resolving the issue. They were very understanding and gave me not just a replacement but an upgrade on what I got in the first place.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The return policy on cartridges is like a curfew for how soon you need to use things you pay for. I got a defective cartridge and wasn't aware that there is a deadline to exchange broken stuff they sell. One day late and the best they can do is offer a discount on buying a probably second defective one.
I inquired as to what I'm supposed to do with the broken one and the "manager" told me to break the cart open and pour the oil out to use how I like. This is the dumbest advice I've every heard in regard to cartridges. I left upset and will probably only ever return when I'm cool with smokin my chit like a cluck or something.

Stopped in on a trip from across the country... found old hash, expensive lighters that should have been free, and they left one of my pre-rolls out of my bag. I was told they couldn't look it up in the system when I called them about it later. 0/10 do not recommend.
