Accidentally ordered the wrong product online. It was already in a bag and didn't see that I was a syringe until I had paid. I turned around before leaving the store because I have no was to use this product. I tryed to exchange it for a different item and was then told that I could not exchange the item for one that I can use. I didn't even step foot outside the store.

I've been shopping at this shop for many years and I'd just like to say that your budtender Andi has given me the best customer service, hands down, TO DATE!! Every time I come in, she greets everyone with a smile & positive attitude no matter if a person has $3 in their pocket or $500! I've been both and she's never treated me any less. I've dealt with many budtenders there and I've found her to be the most knowledgeable about cannabis and ways it may or may not help. If there's something she's unsure about she doesn't fake the funk and just try to make the sale which is very much appreciated. You can tell she's passionate about her job and loves what she does! My boyfriend and I had an awful experience last night, we were excited because we heard such great things but the customer service is better at the DMV. We like to take our time and see what product we are getting. The man helping us just stared at us or his watch waiting for us to stop looking. We asked his opinion on a strain and all he said was, “I’ve never had that before.” No advice on other strains, no asking how our day was. We felt so rushed and as if we were imposing on them even though it was only around 8pm and we were the only customers in the store. I hope the marijuana we purchased was worth going into the store and ruining our night. Never again.
