ANSEL took excellent care of me and demonstrated what great customer service and salesmanship is like. He got me a product that suited my needs thanks to his knowledge and expertise, he then was polite collecting payment and suggestive but not pushy when he asked “you sure there isn’t anything else you need today?”. PERFECT love that guy! Good job Angel keep it up. The rest of Planet K, that’s how it’s done.

The new staff is extremely rude, seem hesitant to answer a question or even smile and offer any help. If I’m spending the upwards of $150 on glass I expect to buy from knowledgeable people. This location does not seem to care about public health since NO ONE is wearing a mask, there were 5 men and one woman. There were really no safe social distancing policies in place except for the squares on the floor but this seems really counterintuitive when you check out about a foot away from an employee with no mask or glass separating the register.
Customer service is a real thing and apparently not important at the RR location. I’ll be heading to Duval where I feel welcome and extra perks of petting the kitty.

Friendly staff for sure, called for in item 30min before close and they set it aside no problem. I got there 5 till close and business was still poppin! Planet k is always great but this location is larger and ill be back for sure

Very specifically geared shop for "novelty" items.
I was looking for a tobacco pipe and they sold them but curiously would not sell pipe tobacco, only cigarettes, so I passed.

First off, I Love the fact that this is in Round Rock. Second, it's got all the same feel as every other Planet K, including the somewhat claustrophobic lack of space inside. It always amazed me how it was smaller inside than it looked outside. It's like a reverse wardrobe if you catch my drift. Awesome selection of pipes and glasswares basically all your smoking needs in one spot. They've even got wraps and cbd and novelty items. Plus stuff for growers. A must visit for any partakers. See you in the clouds my friends. 😉🧖🌫️

Been going here for a few years now + every time literally is a good experience. 4 stars because no business is perfect. The staff will greet me as soon as I make those darn door bells chime (my Pop used to have these hanging on the inside of his door way back in the day so there’s a bit of nostalgia that kicks in, lol..) All in all, super friendly staff + warm ambience. Yes, I have visible tattoos/piercings + have been discriminated against in other places of business (I know I'm not alone on this one), but here I don't feel like such an outsider. I feel like I'm the same as anyone else. This place knows how to keep their people coming back.
