I love planet k it's just the only problem why I'm giving it four stars is because I feel like they way overpriced things because they're well known yes they do have good products but so do a lot of other head shops

All the employees I interacted with were helpful, informative, and made sure I was taken care of. It's been a couple of years since I last shopped at that location but I highly recommend shopping at this location if you want quality service. This place is absolutely full of unique awesomeness. Head shop extraordinaire. Friendly staff, and even a stellar drink selection. I highly recommend the Purple Drank for a relaxing experience.

This Planet K is amazing! The staff has been super helpful any time I have a question or ask for a suggestion. They even gave me a Planet K lighter on a whim and let me tell you, it’s absolutely amazing. Sometimes the rolling paper stock is a bit low but they always have good suggestions and even can help find you something as close to what you were wanting as possible. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I will say that my only downside is that none of the staff were wearing masks. I get that more and more people are fully vaccinated, but for now the assumption just can’t be made. Till the pandemic is declared over in the US people working should still be protecting their customers as much as possible.

This review is based on my experience last night. Normally I go in here and everyone is super helpful and friendly. Last night no one wanted to help us, the guy didn't even want to let me know what flavors we're actually in shock of the product I wanted. By far the worst experience I've ever had here.
