Good customer service. Cool people. Prices for some items slightly higher than they should be (specifically kratom), but all in all, had a good experience. Really cool mural art on building exterior. Would go again if I was in the area.

Worst service ever. No one welcomed us in. Everyone was just standing around customers were waiting to pay and two employees were standing by the registers and they didn’t even acknowledge them at all till they said something. Some girl with blue hair was just bad couldn’t even help us right. Just a bunch of kids that don’t care about anything. Never again. You guys are gonna lose a lot of customers that way. Get rid of some people and replace them with some people that care. Lots of people need jobs right now trust me you won’t have any trouble finding people that care. This was at 4pm 7-16-20202

I’ve been a long time customer of the RR location. A couple weeks ago I purchased a battery for cartridges and it was faulty. I lost the receipt, called this location and they said they’d be able to track the order with my CC. I head over for them to tell me they do not accept returns and do not exchange. They test the battery and the employee admitted it was not working and we still did not receive any help. Left the battery there, they can keep it because they lost a customer.

Love this place. EVERY time I'm given great service. Best incense as well. Burns for what seems like hours on just one stick. This is my go to for tobacco products and accessories.
Edit: after reading the reviews, I feel bad for the owner. I have an amazing time here every time. Sometimes, the ladies aren't friendly that's true everyone has a bad day or three. But the dude with the beard makes up for it. Reasonable price for the quality. You get what you pay for.

Typically Planet K is a nice place to go, but the Teenage staff here was incredibly rude and acted like having to do their job was not what they were there for. The teen male w/ brown hair was at the counter being belligerent to customers, while the teen female w/ blonde hair openly laughed....? Is this a business?

I purchased a dugout there and with realizing that it had a fault to the product I paid $25 for it. I live 30 minuets away and I DID NOT EVEN USE IT and they denied me a return or even a trade in for equal value and in less than 24 hours. I will never go back. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The staff is super friendly and helped to answer all my questions. They have a nice mix of basic and unique inventory, all reasonably priced. Plant K is very pet friendly, my pupper always loves going for a visit.
