Great service. Knowledgeable staff. There are plenty of items to check for in this store. A little something for everyone (proper age, of course). From vapes to e-liquids (salt, or no salt), replacements and a slew of other items.
I was traversing the smaller streets of downtown. I realized I hadn't visited this store in quite sometime. A man sat at the corner, asking for help. He began to laugh. I gave him a dollar. He stopped laughing. A rat ran by. The Dunkin Donuts was empty. Stay golden, pony boy.

I purchase an electronic device which totaled $160. It died in two days. I tried to exchange it ( with the receipt). I dealt with the exact same salesperson. They said they couldn’t help me. I pointed out their 30 day electronic guarantee printed on the receipt. They told me to contact the manufacturer.

Excellent diversity of goods and a pretty good selection in each category. CBD flower and herbal blends were both unique finds for Philly head shops and there is a vape tasting bar which wasn't my speed but very enticing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well.

Was having bad withdraws from suboxane . the red strain kratom . alittle expensive but took my withdraws right away. Dont feel any euphoria with 3 grams but it did the job . staff was friendly. Thanx guys ill be back for more soon.

If you're looking for a mod kit or some e-liquid of a popular brand name, coils for your kit, or a smile, look elsewhere. Very limited selection - like 2-3 in each category, 'house' e-liquid flavors and a tasting bar (which charges via kiosk, when its online) but their stock differs from the kiosk flavors significantly. Never see anyone at the counter in the vaping part of store and seems like I'm annoying them to ask for assistance. Lastly, out of desperation one day I bought a wildly overpriced compact mod and the next day it literally was falling apart as the casing screws came loose and were lost. They wouldn't replace, refund, or call the manufacturer to get a set of screws!

Thanks for the warnings about inflated prices. And also about counter people misrepresenting the return policy. Store managers will always say “oh. I don’t know why so and so told you that put policy is “abc”, our policy is actually “Xyz”. Nothing more frustrating than misrepresentation.

Was visiting from out of town, was not treated like a tourist. Employees were very well informed with their products and seemed like nice people. There was a lot of variety in their inventory. Just a nice shop, not snobbish like you hear about a lot of vape shops being.
