Excellent customer service. I don’t really smoke, vape, etc. This was my first time ever in High Life. I went into the store looking for a phone charger and I was greeted by an employee. Being a tobacco shop, I was immediately asked for my ID! I am very impressed by that. There are too many young kids smoking. Unfortunately they didn’t carry phone chargers. While I was in there, the items on display were stocked and very organized. This establishment is very clean. Before I walked out the door, I saw a sign telling me to review High Life on Google. Being a Local Guide, I am happy to. I highly recommend this place!

Christina helped me pick out vape liquid. She was very knowledgeable on the brands and tastes. She also helped my boyfriend pick out a vape set and helped him with what mg he should use and flavor.

Wow! The staff here is knowledgeable a friendly. Great selection of products too. I have not dealt with with people more educated about their product than the folks here, especially Mike. If I didn't live in Iowa this would be my go to 100%.
