Husband went in and bought two coils that the sales clerk said would fit his tank (that she looked at). In the car outside he tried to put the coil in and it didn't fit. He went right back inside and they informed him they didn't do exchanges on coils. It was less than a minute later and they told him it was the right coil. That is not only terrible customer service, but basically robbery. The coils are useless and we are out the money. Never going here again. If that is your policy you might want to know your product.
