I went in yesterday January 10th and got Sarah to help me. She was pretty awesome and knew her stuff. She recommended 2 pre rolls that got me high the way she described! I will recommend them to everyone.

This place is still my most favorite dispensary in all of Reno and Hilary is now my most favorite budtender. She always has an upbeat attitude and is very knowledgeable about what she does. She always gets me exactly what I want and regardless of how I entered the building she always leaves a smile on my face. I really love Mynt and she makes it even better.,.......

So I’ve never written a review on anything in my life, but felt compelled to after such a great experience. I am from a place where cannabis is not yet legal, so naturally I was a little lost walking in this place. The bud tender, P.J. Was his name, could not have been more polite, helpful, and overall concerned with making my experience as great as possible and answering every question I had. This place is amazing, and it’s the employees that are the reason for it!!

I thought I would give this place a try as it's close to my workplace. I'm sorry I did. The staff, and especially the bud-tender, was dismissive and condescending. Their prices seem to be comparable to other dispensaries in Washoe county. I, however, wasn't offered a senior or new customer discount, so I actually paid more at Mynt for the products I usually purchase at Sol or the Reef.
If you want friendly and knowledgeable service, there are many more welcoming establishments in Reno / Sparks. Skip Mynt and visit another dispensary

As always, pleasant staff. They are always cheerful and willing to answer all your questions. 10% discount for seniors. And discounts for military, etc. on products not already discounted. There is always something discounted. Prices are affordable.

I was really upset with a couple new people who started working here a couple months back when Covid-19 first started.I was never going to come back until I had a emergency so I had to go here.when I went back I had Corey and Ben both are very helpful sweet gentlemen.I had Corey ask me why he doesn’t see me anymore cause I was seriously at Mynt a couple days a week and I told him the story about my last experience I had there and he told me I would never have to experience that again and anyone that comes in there will always be treated with respect. I really love Corey and Ben they are both so good to customers. The only thing is the prices are crazy you can’t get a pre roll under $20 and I have my medical marijuana card I spent like $50 on an eighth and 1 pre-roll I think I’ve got use to silver state because I get 1g five dollar pre-rolls there. I hope the prices go down at Mynt cause I live in cold springs it would be nice to just drive over the hill instead of to sparks but I don’t know I like to get the best bang for my buck but silver state is definitely probably the best bang for your buck nothing at Mynt is under $20 unless it’s a
lighter and at Silver state you can get 4 pre-roll 1 g for$ 20 bucks

Extremely rude , they seem to have a lot of new people who sure aren’t concerned with customer service. I am speaking to a bud tender when this new guy comes flying up yelling you have to have a mask to be in here Before I can explain I do have medical issues as to why I can’t wear one. Which had he been polite and said “I am sorry you need to wear a mask , I would of explained to him as I did my bud tender. I Would of left if that was not acceptable. Instead I left, won’t return and will use one of the many other dispensaries in town. I have had rude service from another bud tender recently too. Not the same friendly, knowledgeable staff it use to be.
