They were extremely busy on the day that I went there. I had to wait a long time for service. They had a huge inventory. That being said, it wasn't a truly good experience.

The place to go in Reno. I stop in here every time I pass through or visit Reno. Tbe staff is awesome, very knowledgeable, helpful in finding what is right for your needs. A wide variety to cover all needs. Definitely stop here, you won't be disappointed.

I normally go to the one downtown. I've been to this one twice. There's always problems. And when it comes up to bringing up the problems they're either rude or too high to care. Will never go to this one a third time. Will go downtown or to a different dispensary. NEVER AGAIN.

Staffed by clowns. Went up to the center counter, 4 sales people on. 1 playing with his phone, 1 rearranging merchandise, 2 doing nothing. Ignored me and the guy behind me. I walked out and will never go back. I realize this is a new location and staff like this should put it out of business quickly. On a positive, the receptionist was quick friendly and helpful. They should put her in sales.

I truly wonderful establishment.i dropped 60 dollars on the ground inside only to have a staff member run out to make sure i didnt leave without it. Since i have heard 2 other similar occurrences with other patrons. I think we need more buisnesses with employess that have this calibre of honesty an integrity. I applaud the staff for doing the right thing an looking for thier customers.
