Well organized and secure. They have a great selection and very helpful staff. The dispensary was clean and the other patrons were respectful of social distancing and mask wearing. I've been a few times before this and enjoy it each time.

I live in an area where it's mountain line so my options are very limited. Even though I have to drive an hour and a and a half away. I love this location I don't have to drive too far into Reno. It's close to the highway. And they have great deals and specials and sales and so far I like their edibles and their drinks . I am somebody that used to dab on the regular so wax and concentrates was normally my thing. lately I am I'm taking a different direction and getting into their drinks and edibles. I will get more reviews on more products that I try and near future but for now here's some pictures of what I'm trying now.

10/11/21 update.....very very annoyed that the loyalty program still isn't adding up points, I've spent well over 1000$ here this summer and am receiving 0 points. I max out every 2 weeks since May, nobody will even respond. Probably won't be spending anymore money here because of the lack of customer service helping with the loyalty program.
Love the store. Just curious on the LIT carts?? I bought five of them and not one is full .. I am aware of bubbles, but these are like half full.
8/29/21 update.......dropped a star for loyalty program not working
I've signed up for the loyalty program 3 times and my points are still not adding up. I've written 2 emails asking for help with this as well as spoken with employees in store trying to get help and nobody has helped or responded. I've spent around a grand in there, my points would be awesome

Good vibes, good employees, and decent prices. Sometimes it's busy and you have to wait. Hard to tell when there will be a line or not. Either way great place to pick up some concentrate.
