I usually go to other dispensaries, but I tried Mynt this time. It was a mistake coming here.
The man who attended me was not really helpful. I usually pick up orders and do not ask for personal help but he didn't even offer me a menu or asked what i wanted, I had to ask to see the cartridges he had on special and he only showed me a few expensive options. I looked on their online menu before and after I went to the dispensary and I saw many carts on special for under $20 and he only showed me the ones above $20. I even asked if that was all he had on special and he said yes. Their online menu told me differently. I also called asking how long their special would last and they had no idea. What a mess. I tipped, despite the lacking service, he didn't even say thank you, not surprised. I felt like a nuisance my first time there. This wouldn't have happened at Reef or Sierra Well.

The Mynt is a great little store. The staff are always professional, courteous, and helpful. It's generally a quick in-and-out, unless you have questions etc
The staff is also knowledgeable in the product they sell. They always give the best advice if you're not sure what you want. It's my "go-to" for all things cannabis.

I’m pretty disappointed, they sold me the wrong product on a $100+ dollar order today and refused to make it right. I’m pretty bummed out because I’ve spent probably thousands of dollars at these stores and I would never in a million years pay the price I was charged for what they gave me. Guess I won’t be back.

Placed an order at 10:20am for delivery. Never received any text message or any communication by 2:20pm. I had to call the store to find out anything. I guess that’s what you get for trying out a different dispensary than your regular place. Very disappointed

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff ready to answer any questions and every time I ask "which one would you pick?"... they always steer me in the right direction. The only thing that could be an improvement would be if they started carrying Cold Firie (liquid diamonds) I can only find in Ca and trust me it will sell out (even at its high end price).... just a friendly suggestion. But I love them anyway. And if they read this "Jerkyman says high"

My favorite place to go I go there weekly I have my favorite Bud tenders that know exactly what I want they are very friendly very knowledgeable and tell me the great deals you should try the place you'll love it

This is my favourite dispensary, so I am sad to have to give only 3 stars, but I have been having major issues with their website for the last week. I cannot view the menu or the order page for either dispensary. Everything else loads, but when I try to view the menu or order page (I was trying to set up a pickup order) it doesn’t load. I will wait 10-15 minutes and it doesn’t do anything. So I tested it out and tried to view the menu and order page to all the other dispensaries in Reno and they all load no problem. It’s making it impossible for me to spend my money at this dispensary, so I guess for now I will have to take my business elsewhere until they can fix their website.
