Super over priced, .6 gram prerolls for 10 bucks?? No discounts?? Bad customer service! Lackadaisical attitude toward patient needs. Save yourself the disappointment and go to sierra well. Where I have witnessed staff members purchasing product for patients just as a good to see you again. The only smiles you get here is when you give them your money.

Ridiculous! After being a customer for a couple years and giving them my business...When I really need them the most during this lockdown, Rise is unwilling to work with people that still have to work during this time. They want to force you leave your work to come home when they please to call you instead of giving a window where you can actually grab your meds. Unbelievable :(

The people there seemed to know what they were talking about, and they were very nice every time i have been there. They handeled everything professionally and timly, and i was in and out with what i needed within 15 minutes of arriving. I love this place!

The better of the two dispensaries but I only give 3 stars due to pricing. All Nevada dispensaries charge too much. Prior to recreational, they offered hundred dollar ounces. Now the cheapest I ever see is two hundred and it won’t be the greatest quality. At some point, you need to stop gouging and adjust the prices properly. Also name me another product that gets taxed at 28%. It’s highway robbery. Not the dispensaries fault but just saying.
With my rant and personal feelings aside, this is a really good dispensary. Preferred over a local competitor. They have a reward system and daily specials that get texted to me daily. Inside the store they have sample jars of their strains to look at and smell. They have many options and just about every way of consuming THC whether flower, concentrates, carts, edibles, drinks or some other type I’m forgetting. When I absolutely need to go to a dispensary Rise is where I go.
