Line was maybe 7 or 8 deep when I got in + 3 inside the door + 4 more waiting before the 2 being helped, 16 to 17 customers in all, and it would surprise me if I was on the property more than 10 minutes, before I left happy with exactly what I went there for. Bomb trip to rise today.

This time was not good, I got lucky an got off the bus an actually caught the light before it changed, so I thought I'll catch the bus as it comes back an won't have to wait another hour. Then I got lucky agin an was second in line. BUT! One customer was talking talking talking, the Guy in front of me walks to the front an this employee who's doing nothing but standing around starts talking to the guy in front of me. What should have been a quick in an out became a long wait, I left to catch the bus cause it shouldn't have taken this long to pick up my pre order. This was to be my first time trying vape pen but maybe next time. Very disappointed....

But the product was impeccable!!!
I don't see why u would pre-order what u want to purchase, due to twice I've done that n both times, it wasn't put together I mise WELL have just gone there w/out pre-ordering.

I’ve gone in there multiple times and was unaware that they had a rewards program. I went in a few days ago, and Rob helped me and he introduced me to the rewards program. Rob is so awesome! He made me feel so welcomed and he was very informative. Is recommend going and seeing Rob!

Friendly staff. Even when there’s a long line it normally goes pretty quick. Only down side is, you can’t view the bud behind the counter. I think bc of Covid.. I hope.
I like to smell and see what I’m buying. And see my options in front of me vs. on a screen. Other than that it’s always a good experience. 👍🏼🤘🏼

Service is always beautiful:) we drive in from out of town just cause of there bud tenders!! Wouldnt want to have a bad bartender to order drinks from. Same with a budtender I have found out. Good job you guys ✌️

My hubby and I went there today for first time. The quality, the selection and the knowledge and info on items very detailed! The staff was amazing and I would recommend Rise to anyone. Job well done!!!!!! Love this place!

One of the worst place, bad service you order online then them make you wait hours, then you arrive and make you wait again more hours. If personal on charge take action with that would be useful. And please your’s employees on counter males or females need to have a better attitude. Everyone got problems but don’t bring your bad humor to work place

Over priced. You can find a good majority of the exact same brands at sierra for 10 to 15 dollars less. Their "top shelf" flower is never top shelf. A few employees have told me themselves "it's all the packaging and marketing". When I do try for top shelf it's always dry and crumbles and is hardly trimmed with tons of stem. I got one product that turned to dust before it left my hand into the grinder then it didn't even produce a high. Also I've noticed, rarely is there anything above 20% thc. Also there are only like 2 cbg/cbn products. The best brands I'd say are Desert grown and bohemian brothers. But you can get them cheaper at sierra. The convenience is what keeps me going back. But now I'd rather just quit. They've also raised their prices. So there's that too. The fact I have to spend 1000 dollars to get any rewards worth anything is quite annoying.

awesome place and the BEST prices anywhere on vape cartridges...wont go any other place...the first time I went there I bought 4 cartridges of the Rove "APE" and the one for a penny..so I got 5 cartridges for less than $100... and at RELIEF I paid $46 for 1 (500mg)cartridge...it is a nice place, good variety to choose from and great staff but the prices are insane..it's worth it for me to travel the extra 15 minutes and go to Carson Rise and get double
the product for my money...hope this helps for people shopping around..
