Well I feel like I got totally ripped off. I normally pay 30 for a gram of concentrate with taxes. So how is it that I payed $85 for 3.5 grams with a 30% discount? Should have been $70

Going downhill fast. Told by former employees that they treat their workers horribly. The new staff has almost no knowledge of anything you ask. They push certain strains on people.just to sell them, and because of that they have old dry batches still sitting there.The bud latley has been dry, old batches. Nothing new, no fresh drops. The fact that they dont have displays of the product to look at before purchase is pretty wack. They need to bring back the Center display counter with all the strains. Also, you feel rushed in theor lines, most the time it seems like they're trying to hurry you in and out. The fact that they are still taking covid serious and still playing pandemic is a joke. I go to dispensarys in California and its legit like a convenient store style. Why rise isnt Getting it together is beyond me. Use to be my favorite dispensary. No longer

I am very disappointed in what has happened to the RISE Carson City Dispensary. The complete lack of concern for Customer service, and the inexperienced staff, is 180 degrees from what RISE use to be!!! With staff employees (including the asst manager) walking around, ignoring the line of customers (or trying to look busy), how about helping customers? A 20+ min wait to pick up an online order, with only 4 customers in line, there were 3 budtenders (on registers), 2 managers on the floor (not helping anyone). Prices have gone up, customer service is no longer important. I see why most of the long time RISE staff have left and gone to the new Mound House Dispensary (because they CARE)...

Their Weed is usually best in Carson. But once again they have raised all their prices. Every time they start doing better with deals and prices, they come in and raise the prices again and drive me out. I wont be back again for a while, till prices come down again. We deserve affordable good weed.
