Update I am now banned from NOBO no one contacted me about anything. Wow great customer service NOBO.
Brandon had a attitude. I usually deal with him but I don’t know what his deal was today. I was asking about COVID because the employees told me that they closed yesterday for that so I was asking if they sanitized. And he got all huffy puffy with me. ( Hippa law) told me he just wanted to cash me out. Very unprofessional. I just walked out. I go there all the time. Just had some concerns and was treated very rudely by Brandon. Not happy at all. Otherwise I love the place.
