Ive been to NOBO over a dozen times with over 50 points accumulated. I’ve never had an issue with them. Every time I go in for the wax cartridges. My last visit I had one of the cartridges taste burn on the first hit.. Which was (NOBO brand Sour Tangie 1g 510 thread) I’ve never had an issue like this before so I called them asking if I could exchange it. Then was told it was my battery that burnt it. This wasn’t true I’ve used the same battery with every cartridge I’ve bought. I had taken one hit and still had my receipt for the exchange as I was about to explain this I was hung up on.. Not sure who this person was but that is not how a business should be ran. I think I’ll take my money and good reviews elsewhere.

I love nobo but the way Brandon makes you feel rushed and answers questions with “all I can do is finish the sale” is unacceptable I haven’t been back since but When I do I’ll be making sure it’s anyone but him. I sincerely hope management realizes what one bad attitude can do to damage a reputation.

Today was my first visit and it was horrible.. The man waiting on me was so rude and didn't explain anything to me as he should have.. I haven't experienced this type of service at any other place that I've been to in Muskegon. Wouldn't recommend At All.. Customer service is the Key which they don't have..

Really good prices but the worst service ever! Pre ordered on medical side not much flower so I wanted to get some on the rec side. Nope had to leave & get back in line & wait again, nope I'll take my money to one of the many other dispensaries.

Went here for the first time the other day, the guy on the sales floor was really nice and seemed to almost catch a vibe of what I already wanted it was weird but like cool haha. He could tell I was a vape guy so he gave me a list of the kinds, had to go with the live resin cart. Always a great choice haha. I really wanna try that hot sauce next time I’m there
