Nobo is the place to go and Joe B is the man to see. I came in and Joe hooked me up with 5 pre rolls for $20 you simply can’t beat that price anywhere else. He was so knowledgeable and kind he made me feel valued as a customer. I will be returning to Nobo regularly because of the hospitality Joe has demonstrated.
