Upon arriving at “The Botany Bay” store in Richmond, KY, I noticed some things had DEFINITELY CHANGED since my last visit!! They’re now carrying herbs, resin’s, incense’s of ALL kinds and SO MUCH MORE!! I was elated and spent WAY too much time & money (the prices are FANTASTIC)!!

The staff are always so kind and helpful, the products never fail to satisfy, there’s a large variety of goods, and they now have their own site for people too far to travel to them. It’s amazing! Really lovely people working there. They always help with questions and recommendations. I’m always in there for crystals and Inscents and they have a really nice selection. Would love to see them expand the crystal selection and maybe even do grab bags with the bigger crystals. I love Botany Bay and I will always be a frequent customer!
