These guys are sooo friendly! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been treated so kindly anywhere! I am a fibromyalgia warrior and had heard that kraten (kretin...idk how it’s spelled) could help me. The gentleman helped guide me through the many strains of kraten. I felt like a fish out of water visiting here, I’m sure I looked strange lol but these folks are super helpful. This guy actually helped me understand CBD (I had no idea what it was), I ended up buying a bottle and I’m sooo glad I did! If you suffer from muscle pain and sooo much more their CBD oil is both quality and affordable! I didn’t buy the thing to smoke it...my children would be very confused by this, but I put the drops under my tongue. It really helps sooo much! He told me when you smoke the oil your pain is eased a lot faster though.

I love Botany Bay. Ive bought body jewellery as well as cleaning solutions and smoking apparatuses. Jennifer is super friendly and knowledgeable shes helped me with tons of things. The CBD is also highly recomended :)

Was actually returning a product we bought 2 weeks prior due to it breaking. Was told 3 different reasons they wudnt refund or exchange the product including it had been used ( we'll yeah we didn't but it to put it on shelf) then told by manger wud have refunded it if told em used it and didn't like it directly contradiction of what was just told by associate. Then manager said wud give good deal on different product. But that including me paying for something different when already paid for this one and used it like 4 lx in 2 weeks and it broke y wud I want another and still have to pay for it a good deal to me wud have been replaced the one that broke. gave refund or given a different one. Won't be back. When you sell a product ur company is no related to the quality of the product and u need to stand behind it regardless for customer satisfaction and return business.
