Funniest thing today on 3/5/2021 that made me change my rating for this company and look at it as a positive company with great customer service and looking out for its customers,The(General Manager)reached out to me today to rectify the problem to the fullest and apologized for the incident and made right with me and gave me a new product and I was definitely satisfied,he definitely made 6 stars but I can only give 5,and he had great conversation as well,he traveled to the store to make gd with me even going thru a mishap getting there🙏🏽🙏🏽Definitely will be going back👍🏽✌🏽💯

I went there today to buy pods for my vape and some juice, I bought a bottle of naked salt juice and asked for 35mg. This little girl working behind the counter hands me my stuff and rings me up. As I go to put the stuff in the bag I notice she gave me 50mg instead of 35mg. I told her and asked her to exchange them. She said no. She said she can't give me the other one, absolutely no refunds or exchanges. The bottle was unopened, still in cellophane and never left her sight and all she could offer was for me to buy the 35mg. This is not how you run a business. I will not be coming back here. Waste of my time and money.

Enjoyed my expierance, hung out and talked to the employees for 15-20minutes, interesting stuff. Definitly will be returning, didn’t end up buying anything and the typical smug or push to spend money seemed to be non existant. Hope to be back in soon. Recommended
