This is by far my most favorite cloud 9 to visit. Tyler, Nick and Gavin are so helpful everytime I come in the store. Everything they have recommend to me, has been spot on! I appreciate them very much. Highly recommend 11/10

The product is good.
I like the variety available and that the employees know the quality of the different strains and brands of Kratom that they carry.
The only thing that I would like to see different is for sales also be offered on Kratom items the way that they are offered on CBD products within the company considering that Kratom products are the only items that I purchase.

From the first time I walked into this location, I have received EXCELLENT customer service. With stores like these I usually don’t only want to talk to one person but I’ve found that Justin is the most knowledgeable, kind, real, personable and HAPPY person that works there. He always has a smile on his face, he answers every question without saying “uuuhhh weeellll” which leads me to believe he knows what he’s talking about. He is happy to be there and happy to give the best customer service he can. The best part about each experience with Justin is that it’s effortless. The conversation is smooth from start to finish and he doesn’t even try to give good customer service, that’s just something it seems like he has in him. You leave the shop feeling confident that you got what you came for and more. THANK YOU JUSTIN! Most Def! :) My boyfriend and I love working with you.

Tyreeq and Nick were SO helpful today!!!! Ive had bad vape experiences in the past and they were super thorough to make sure I was buying a good product today 😊 Tyreeq helped me find a liquid flavor I probably wouldnt have chosen on my own and now it's a new favorite! Talked to the guy working there, he let us just browse and ask questions. I didn't catch his name but he was black and either tall or was on a platform behind the counter. He was super nice and I'm sorry I didn't get your name bro but I just wanted to give you a shout out on here for being chill and knowledgeable and stuff. Thanks for all the advice and listening to my life story. Sorry we didn't buy anything, we just wanted the CBD oil and we're not smokers of any kind, or else we definitely would have got something.
